Lemon Crab Cakes 


1 egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 ½ tsp. lemon pepper
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 lb. king crabmeat
½ cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp chopped chives
¼ cup Vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter


Mix egg, mayonnaise, lemon pepper, mustard and lemon juice together, stir in crabmean, breadcrumbs and chives.  Season with salt & pepper. Stir well.  Shape into patties.

Pre-heat pan and add crab cakes.  Cook for about 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.

Lemon wedge with Side Salad &/or Potato wedges
