Pork Stir Fry with Cashew Nuts

Pork Stir Fry

Serves 4 


  • 450g lean pork, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablesp. soy sauce
  • 1 pack '4 minute' noodles
  • 1-2 tablesp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 225g vegetables, chopped e.g. peppers, runner beans, green beans, pak choi
  • 50g cashew nuts/peanuts (optional)

To Cook


Mix the pork with the soy sauce.

Reconstitute the noodles according to the pack instructions. Set aside and keep warm.

Heat a wok or large pan. Add the oil. Then add the garlic and pork and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.

Add the vegetables and nuts and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with the noodles.
